Our refund and cancellation policy for all services

1. General Policy

At Shafaq International, we strive to deliver high-quality services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have outlined our refund policy clearly below. Please read carefully before making any payment.

2. Job Application Fee — Non-Refundable

The job application processing fee of ~₹499 is strictly non-refundable under any circumstance. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Withdrawal of job application after payment
  • Rejection of application by the employer
  • Visa denial or immigration rejection
  • Change of mind or personal reasons
  • Failure to submit the application form after payment
  • Technical issues on the user's end

By completing the payment, you acknowledge and accept this non-refundable policy.

3. Career Services (Resume, LinkedIn, Interview, etc.)

For our professional career services:

  • No refund once the service work has been initiated or delivered
  • If we are unable to begin your service within the committed timeframe, a full refund will be issued
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment, before any work has started
  • Revision requests are accommodated as per the package terms — revisions do not qualify for refunds

4. Data Analytics Services

  • No refund once data has been received and work has commenced
  • If project is cancelled before data submission, 80% refund will be issued
  • Monthly retainer services can be cancelled with 15 days' notice; no refund for the current billing cycle

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Include your payment transaction ID and reason for the request

We will review and respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If you have a concern regarding a charge, please contact us before initiating a dispute with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
